Your arrows are your starting colors, your stars are your mixed colors, since you cannot change the black arrow, you need to figure out what color option you can add to black to get another color option. (Black + White = gray)

Third arrow= red
Fourth arrow=yellow
Star between= combination of red and yellow
Next arrow= blue
